The M800 is a one piece unit with no moving parts and requires no maintenance. The device operates using an inductive reader and does not require contact with the monitored machine. The M800 is calibrated for standard machine speeds. If the shaft speed drops by 10%, the M800 will give an alarm and at 20% it will shut down the machine.
