MovTEK's single phase and three phase motor inverters enable users to vary the speed regardless of power frequency thanks to the mechanical integration between an IE2 high efficiency motor and an IE2 high performance inverter. This solution is very compact and ensures constant torque over the entire speed range up to the lowest rotation speeds where non-stop operation is possible thanks to servo-ventilation. The inverter can be programmed with torque boost functionality; acceleration and deceleration ramps are available to manage starting and stopping times. A PID control feature is provided as standard, allowing to customize the proportional, integral and derivative parameters. The motor's modular construction saves wiring costs and reduces assembly time on machines, fully protecting it against the main causes of breakdown.
